Accessibility Statement

OnlineRME, LLC is committed to providing software and digital services that are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities.

Our products, including OnlineRME and SkipThePaper, are designed to support accessibility and usability across a wide range of devices and assistive technologies.

Standards

OnlineRME evaluates accessibility using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 standards. Our accessibility testing includes automated testing tools, keyboard navigation testing, and screen-reader validation.

Our VPAT is available here: OnlineRME and SkipThePaper VPAT (PDF).

Accessible Interfaces

The user interfaces within OnlineRME and SkipThePaper are designed to support:

  • Keyboard navigation
  • Logical page structure and headings
  • High-contrast text and color combinations
  • Screen-reader compatibility
  • Accessible HTML reporting options

Public-facing search and record access pages within OnlineRME are fully responsive and optimized for mobile access.

HTML Alternatives to PDF Reports

OnlineRME provides HTML-based alternatives for system-generated reports when possible. These HTML views are designed to improve accessibility compared to traditional PDF formats.

User-Provided Content

OnlineRME and SkipThePaper allow users to upload documents, images, and other attachments as part of their workflows. These materials are not authored or controlled by OnlineRME, LLC, and their accessibility cannot be guaranteed. OnlineRME provides an accessible interface for managing and viewing these files but does not modify or remediate uploaded content.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. OnlineRME continues to improve accessibility across all systems as new technologies and standards evolve.
